Job Description
The Program Analyst at Arvato supports the continued growth of strategic customer accounts by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing program activities, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting new business initiatives, value-added services, and customer-specific programs while ensuring seamless collaboration across Account Management, Operations, Procurement, Trade, Finance, and external suppliers. The Program Analyst is responsible for driving operational readiness, coordinating customer requirements, supporting commercial activities, and providing analytical insights to ensure successful program execution and continued business growth.
YOUR TASKS
- Support the implementation and execution of customer programs and new business initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Procurement, Trade, Finance, Engineering, and other internal departments.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Support implementation of new customer solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary support resource for strategic customer programs.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, operational updates, and meeting materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities.
- Monitor material availability and support supply planning activities.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on supplier commitments.
- Support pricing exercises, cost analysis, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate production requests and execution with Operations.
- Support implementation of new supply chain solutions and value-added services.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Support month-end reporting and customer business reviews.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, account management, program coordination, business analysis, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with SAP preferred.
