Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to coordinate and manage all aspects of the new hire onboarding process. This role serves as a critical liaison between new employees and internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience. This role manages all onboarding and offboarding activities for 5 sites ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering employee engagement from day one.
YOUR TASKS
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees before and during onboarding, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Maintain and regularly update onboarding checklists, documentation, and workflows to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure all necessary information and resources are provided to new hires.
- Gather and monitor feedback on the onboarding experience, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Track and report key onboarding metrics, including onboarding status and issue identification/resolution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding materials, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), ISO documentation, training guides, and other related content.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with new employees and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and data tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments.
