Procurement Internship | Heijen | €700 | Start: September

This internship is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in procurement, contribute to process improvements, and help shape innovative purchasing solutions within Arvato.

 

YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT

The Procurement department plays a key role within Arvato by ensuring efficient purchasing processes, supplier management, and continuous optimization of procurement systems and strategies. The team works closely with multiple departments and international stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

As a Procurement Intern at Arvato, you will become part of an international and dynamic environment where your ideas and research truly matter. During your internship, you’ll work on real projects that help improve procurement processes, systems, and data-driven decision-making within Arvato.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Improving procurement systems together with international teams, including SAP-related optimizations
  • Supporting projects focused on process improvement and digitalization
  • Analyzing procurement data and translating insights into improvement opportunities
  • Researching innovative procurement solutions and market developments
  • Exploring the role of AI within procurement processes

 


Qualifications


 

We are looking for a proactive and analytical student who enjoys working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

You:

  • Are currently pursuing an HBO or WO degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Procurement, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have an affinity with systems (SAP/ Fiori), reporting and PowerBi
  • Are proactive, independent, and eager to learn
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
