As an HR Advisor, you are the primary HR contact at our Gennep location and work at the heart of the operation.

You advise management, identify opportunities, and translate HR data into tangible improvements. You effortlessly switch between strategic and operational HR while contributing to topics such as leadership, performance, and employee experience.

At the same time, you work closely with colleagues across other locations. Together, you form a team of six HR Advisors where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. You will join an innovative logistics environment where technology, growth, and an open culture are the foundation of success.

YOUR ROLE

As an HR Advisor, you are the trusted sparring partner for management and play a key role in both operational and strategic HR matters.

• Advising management on HR topics while identifying trends and potential challenges;
• Guiding complex HR cases and performance management processes;
• Analyzing HR data and translating insights into concrete actions;
• Contributing to projects focused on employee experience, culture, and leadership development;
• Supporting initiatives related to talent development, absenteeism, and performance management.

Together with your HR team, you will help build a future-proof HR organization while taking initiative and working independently when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Experience with organizational development and HR processes;
• An analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude;
• A team-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic mindset.
