Job Description


Are you ready to take responsibility, develop people, and actively shape warehouse operations? At our site in Egelsbach (near Frankfurt am Main), you will work as a Supervisor Warehouse Operations (m/w/x), creating clarity, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence together with your team. By empowering colleagues, continuously improving processes, and taking ownership of results, you will help shape our future while enabling your team to perform at its best. Are you on it?

Your Tasks

  • Lead Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and oversee daily inbound, outbound, and warehouse processes while ensuring efficient workflows, high service quality, and operational reliability.

  • Develop and Support Team Members: Create an environment in which colleagues can grow, perform, and contribute their strengths. Support onboarding, provide guidance, and encourage continuous learning and development.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor operational performance using relevant KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and implement sustainable improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure Quality, Safety & Collaboration: Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

  • Take Ownership of Operational Execution: Support warehouse management activities, ensure accurate system transactions, and proactively resolve operational challenges to consistently deliver reliable results.


Qualifications


  • Professional Experience: You have gained solid experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a comparable operational environment and have already taken responsibility for coordinating teams, processes, or workflows. Whether through formal leadership or hands-on operational guidance, you know how to create structure, support people, and deliver results together.

  • Warehouse Management & IT Skills: You have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Language Skills: You possess very good English skills and good German skills, enabling professional communication in an international environment.

  • Operational Flexibility: You are comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment, demonstrate a hands-on mentality, and are willing to adapt to operational requirements when needed.

  • Mindset & Working Style: You communicate clearly, act with a strong sense of ownership, remain solution-oriented in challenging situations, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals.
