Job Description


Are you passionate about driving inventory accuracy, optimizing processes, and creating transparency in a dynamic logistics environment? At our site in Egelsbach, you will take ownership of inventory management, working closely with clients, warehouse teams, and management to deliver operational excellence. Your Responsibilities

  • Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control: Ensure daily alignment between physical inventory and SAP records while driving initiatives to improve stock accuracy, minimize losses, and establish sustainable inventory control standards.
  • Inventory Reconciliation & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct regular inventory reconciliations with clients, identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure long-term inventory integrity.
  • Cycle Counting & Physical Inventory Management: Design and execute cycle count programs and lead annual wall-to-wall inventory counts in compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Process Optimization & SAP Excellence: Develop and implement best-practice inventory procedures, collaborate closely with warehouse operations and SAP teams, and continuously improve inventory booking processes, stock flow, and space utilization.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide management and clients with meaningful inventory reports and actionable insights while fostering strong collaboration across all organizational levels, from warehouse employees to senior leadership.

Qualifications


  • Professional Experience: You have proven experience in inventory management, ideally within a 3PL and logistics environment, and a strong understanding of inventory control and reconciliation processes.
  • SAP & Analytical Skills: You possess extensive SAP knowledge in inventory management, reporting, and reconciliation and are highly skilled in analyzing inventory variances and deriving effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: You enjoy challenging existing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance operational performance.
  • IT & System Competence: You have advanced Excel skills and experience collaborating with SAP IT teams to optimize system processes and inventory booking procedures.
  • Language & Communication Skills: You have very good English Skills (Germans Skills are a strong Plus) and communicate confidently with clients, management, and operational teams. A proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset completes your profile.
