Are you eager to take part in the implementation of a new Consumer Product customer at one of Arvato’s newest logistics locations?

 

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in setting up smooth operations at our cutting-edge warehouse in Echt, which is currently under construction. This position offers a rare opportunity to be involved from day one, supporting an early-phase implementation at a strategically important Arvato site for our growing network. You will join a small, dedicated team focused on ensuring a smooth go-live, with plenty of room to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic international logistics organization that’s expanding rapidly.

YOUR TASKS

  • You provide on-the-floor support to your team in the warehouse as a troubleshooter;
  • You have a prominent level of responsibility to ensure the operation in the warehouse is efficient and runs at best performance;
  • Investigate issues or challenges involving the orders, system or materials that arise and try to come up with a structural solution;
  • Gather and analyze data: you assess stock levels, inventories, and resources, and communicate with different departments;
  • Try to find ways to prevent the same issue from happening in the future;
  • During the day you’re in touch with the operations department, Quality and Customer Support, depending on your role you can also be in touch with the customer;
  • You prepare and send reports with important aspects to the different stakeholders to keep them up-to-date.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Vocational (MBO) or Bachelor's degree;
  • Flexible to work in shifts when required;
  • Minimum of one year experience within logistics or a similar role;
  • Experience with Excel: using formulas and cross-referencing data;
  • Experience ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP, systematically understanding what is happening in processes);
  • Analytical thinking skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
