  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.

You'll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Team Leader or Operations Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic, technology-driven logistics environment and is passionate about solving operational challenges.

  • MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis;
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills;
  • Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule;
  • Experience within a high-tech logistics environment is an advantage.
