As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our warehouse operations within our Consumer Products and High-Tech divisions. You will help ensure that processes run smoothly, systems perform optimally, and operational challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.
At our new site in Echt, you will work in one of the most advanced logistics environments in the region. Equipped with the latest technologies, automation solutions, and Warehouse Management Systems, this operation is designed to set new standards for efficiency and innovation. You will be at the heart of the implementation, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to build a successful operation from day one.

YOUR TASKS
As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you will combine hands-on operational involvement with data analysis. You will be the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues and turn your findings into sustainable improvements.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;
- Investigate discrepancies in orders, inventory, and processes and implement sustainable solutions;
- Analyze operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using SAP and Excel;
- Prepare reports and share insights with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders;
- Support root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues;
- Monitor warehouse processes and ensure data quality within operational systems;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Contribute to the successful implementation and start-up of a new customer operation.
You will be part of the Operations Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Customer Support. You will report to the Supervisor and play a visible, hands-on role within the operation.
Flexibility in working hours is required to ensure optimal support for the operation.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment and has a solid understanding of logistics processes.
- MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking;
- 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, transport, or warehouse environment;
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for working with data;
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills;
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management;
- Good command of the English language;
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where processes and systems are continuously being developed and improved;
- Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented;
- Available full-time and flexible when required by the operation.
