As a Customer Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. If you enjoy solving operational challenges, working with data, and collaborating with different teams, you'll thrive in this role.

YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Support Officer, you are responsible for monitoring and coordinating outgoing customer orders from start to finish. You'll ensure deliveries meet agreed service levels, identify potential issues before they impact the customer, and work closely with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination.
- Analyzing order data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and operational performance.
- Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and coordinating with colleagues to resolve them.
- Supporting continuous operational improvements by proactively identifying and addressing process deviations.
You'll join the Customer Support team within our High-Tech division in Venlo. The team works closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and our international customers to ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you'll report to the Customer Support Team Lead and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.
You'll primarily work during regular office hours. Depending on business needs, occasional flexibility may be required.
Qualifications
We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Officer who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and likes solving operational challenges together with colleagues.
- MBO (vocational) working and thinking level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or an HBO starter;
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Dutch language skills are a plus;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems is a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset;
- Customer-focused, proactive, and an effective communicator;
- Enjoys working as part of a team.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €3,349 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience;
