Job Description

Peak Lead Operative – Nights

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham
Salary: £29,029.56 per annum plus 25% additional nights premium per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 21:30 – 06:00
Contract: Temporary – until mid-January 2027

We have an exciting opportunity for a Peak Lead Operative to join our team at Hams Hall on a temporary basis to support our busy peak period.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is confident taking responsibility, motivating colleagues and helping to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Peak Lead Operative, you'll support the Operations Management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our night shift.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:-

We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and comfortable taking the lead in a busy warehouse environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Experience supporting or supervising colleagues, although this isn't essential.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• The confidence to motivate others and lead by example.

• A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.

• A good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
