Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill -Birmingham
Salary: Up to £31,000k
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Team Specialist to join our team in Corby.
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Your tasks
- Manage our client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
- Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce client reports and communicate performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience within logistics, distribution and warehousing or outsourcing environments is advantageous.

- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
