As an Assistant Supervisor in Echt, Limburg you’ll help build and optimize a high-tech warehouse environment for an international Tech client. This location opened in 2025 and is still in the implementation phase. That means you won’t step into a fixed structure; you’ll actively help shape it.

YOUR ROLE

As an Assistant Supervisor, you are co-responsible for the daily warehouse operation. You ensure that processes run smoothly and that your team clearly understands the daily goals.

You will manage a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees, including pickers, packers and line leads. You report directly to the Supervisor.

Your responsibilities include:
•    Coordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor
•    Coaching, guiding and motivating team members and line leads
•    Creating daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing
•    Monitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality
•    Identifying bottlenecks and acting quickly when needed
•    Contributing to process improvements during the implementation phase
•    You work in a dynamic environment where new customers may still be added. This makes your role varied and challenging.

 


Qualifications


 

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Supervisor who wants to grow within a dynamic logistics environment.

•    MBO level of education or equivalent
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within logistics
•    Fluent in English
•    Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus
•    Strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview
•    Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility
