Job Description


The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities.  Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services. 

YOUR TASKS 

  • Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
  • Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
  • Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record:  SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System)
  • Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
  • Completes daily operations reports.
  • Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
  • Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
  • Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.

Qualifications


  • Excellent computer skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Problem Solving; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Responds promptly to customer needs whether external and or internal
  • Planning/organizing-Priorities
  • Dependability-Is consistently at work and on time
  • Follows instructions
  • Responds to management direction
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
