We are looking for an outstanding Enterprise Sales Executive to join our small, but growing team. You’ll be responsible for increasing our reach in your territory. If you love a challenge, can take risks, and truly want to make a difference, read on!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • This is a “missionary/hunter” position! We are not just selling our product suite, we are selling a different approach to finding, training, and keeping CNAs to help Skilled Nursing Facilities eliminate CNA shortages in their buildings.  You will need to be fearless and have the enthusiasm and belief to “evangelize” the market on an exciting new approach to a persistent, longstanding industry problem.
  • Selling to senior executive leaders in skilled nursing organizations with 500+ employees.  You need to engage the early adopters in the market, build close relationships with the C-level leaders in these organizations, and be a savvy deal maker to close new deals.
  •  You will need to be strong at Challenger-style selling and Strategic selling, and using Salesforce.com and other tools to forecast opportunities, and document feedback and learning from the market for the Straightaway executive team.  You are the eyes and ears of the organization and your continuous market feedback to the CEO/Founder and executive team is critical to the success of the company.
  • Supporting specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years sales experience, including 3+ years of experience of selling into healthcare organizations or HR departments
  • Fearless, enthusiastic, savvy strategic sales professional
  • Proven track record of cultivating new relationships, developing accounts, and managing partnerships
  • Creativity and problem solving – ability to work with home office team to continuously improve what we are doing
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills 
  • Strong enterprise sales executive skills – create a business plan, assess territories, qualify targets, and prioritize sales efforts
  • Flexibility with up to 65% domestic travel

 

LOCATION:  FLEXIBLE, BUT CHARLOTTE, RALEIGH, RICHMOND, BALTIMORE/DC, NASHVILLE, ATLANTA, LOUISVILLE, PHILADELPHIA, CINCINNATI, PITTSBURGH, CLEVELAND, ORLANDO, TAMPA, AND JACKSONVILLE, FL ARE ALL IDEAL LOCATIONS.  SHOULD BE CLOSE TO A MAJOR AIRPORT.
