Your role

We are currently building out a central European Marketing & Product Education department. The Product Education team serves a central function by educating internal smartclip teams and external partners on the uses and benefits of our products. We see ourselves as a facilitator for product knowledge exchange by developing various training programmes and initiatives such as  courses on our online learning platform, organising expert sessions, creating and updating product documentations, and onboarding new hires. 

As a Junior Product Trainer/ Junior e-Learning Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for working cross functionally with marketing colleagues and our ad products team to ensure that users and internal workforce have the most relevant and up-to-date information on product development.

In this role you will gain deep knowledge of our tools and products, as well as become an expert in the online and TV advertising industry.

 

Your position in our team

  • Develop and design course content for e-Learning programmes

  • Support the Marketing & Product Education department in any product communications activities

  • Serve as a bridge between the Product Education department and the Product team (i.e., business product owners) to ensure that we get the information needed to update our users and workforce on product developments

  • Review & edit all internal and external facing technical collateral written by the Product Education team, such as user guides, factsheets, one-pagers, intranet publications, etcetera

 

Your profile

  • Excellent English skills, ideally native English speaker

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the (online) media business, ideally in the online/adtech media industry with a focus on product communication or product training

  • This is an individual contributor role requiring methodical, educational, e-learning, product training and/or any training related experience

  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, and a team player — who shows clear organisational commitment

  • Based in Hamburg
