Demand Operations Manager (f/m/d)

smartclip Nordics is looking for new talent to join our tech savvy Operations team. As Demand Operations Manager at smartclip you will be the hub between the Nordic smartclip Sales team, advertiser, media agency and the publishing media. You will be responsible for the delivery of smartclip products which span across the entire ad-platform, its ad-formats, different devices and both on programmatic and direct sold across all Nordic countries.

Salary model: Monthly salary + quarterly bonus

Working environment: Flexible and dynamic working conditions from one of our Nordic offices in Norway, Sweden or Finland as a part of a leading European video technology company and a subsidiary of the leading European broadcaster RTL.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales forecasting and estimation of available inventory
  • Campaign planning
  • Key account management
  • Reporting and data analyzing
  • Troubleshooting and optimization of campaigns and programmatic deals
  • Sales support

 

Background Skills:

  • Experience from digital media and digital marketing (ideally within video
    advertising)
  • Previous experience with ad servers, DSPs, SSPs and third-party systems
  • Experience from roles with publishing digital media, programmatic operations
    containing elements of data analysis.
  • Ability to operate in a high-speed environment and high level of decision making
    with short timelines
  • “Can do attitude” and a desire to constantly develop the own skillset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel primarily)
  • A good team player who puts the best interest of the team first in all situations
  • Experience from simpler financial administrative work is a merit
