As a Logistics Supervisor in Echt, you take responsibility for daily warehouse operations within High-tech division. You ensure KPI’s are met, processes run smoothly, and your team performs at its best.
You combine operational control with people leadership. You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, and continuously improve performance.
You’ll work in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe, supported by advanced ERP/WMS systems such as SAP. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.
YOUR ROLE
As Logistics Supervisor, you coordinate and optimize the logistics process within your department. You are responsible for daily targets, staffing, and operational continuity.
• Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved;
• Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs;
• Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day;
• Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning;
• Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.
You will lead Assistant Supervisors and operational employees and report to the Warehouse Manager. Together with fellow Supervisors, you ensure alignment between Operations, Workforce, and Support departments.
You’ll work in shifts (early, late, or day shifts depending on the department) and occasionally on weekends based on operational requirements.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• MBO working level with experience or HBO starter;
• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor;
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP);
• Good command of English;
• Strong analytical and leadership skills;
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.

• A gross monthly salary between €2.560 and €4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
• Shift allowance;
