We are looking for an outstanding Enterprise Sales Executive to join our small, but growing team. You’ll be responsible for increasing our reach in your territory. If you love a challenge, can take risks, and truly want to make a difference, read on!

  • Selling the product suite to our largest potential clients (skilled nursing employers with 1,500+ employees) on the West Coast and in the Rockies: WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, HI, AK
  • Utilizing an account specific strategy to execute in partnership with leadership and internal departments
  • Documenting details of identified opportunities to clearly communicate situation and account profile (including management org charts) for sales personnel and leadership
  • Supporting specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
  • Working closely with the CEO and Founder, and other senior executive team members to keep the team up to date on marketplace dynamics.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years sales experience, including 3+ years of experience of selling into healthcare organizations or HR departments
  • Proven track record of cultivating new relationships, developing accounts, and managing partnerships
  • Proven ability to navigate internal departments to produce results for clients and company
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills 
  • Strategic selling skills – create a business plan, assess territories, qualify targets, and prioritize sales efforts
  • Flexibility with up to 65% domestic travel.
