£18,660.00  + benefits

40 hours per week, working between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday


We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join the team in Swansea. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, which will be received by Telephone, Service Requests, Email and Fax. You will be required to deal with telephone enquiries, cover a rota system on the telephone between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained regarding all data, adhering to security guidelines at all times. This role will require you to wear a headset for the majority of the working day.


The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating problem status or resolution to the customer as required as well as processing service requests, emails and faxes, received from customers in agreed timescales and according to set process requirements. We are looking for someone who can liaise regularly with Shared Services arvato colleagues as necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and pass complex problems on to the appropriate support area.

To be successful in this role it is essential to have excellent customer and delivery focus and have the ability to communicate effectively using a wide range of media (verbally and written). You must be computer literate with the ability to input data quickly and accurately and have strong planning and organising skills.

You will need strong knowledge of a customer-focused service operation and knowledge of a high volume environment. Resource planning systems such as SAP and ABW, and operational knowledge of Shared Service Centres are desirable.
