Arvato has an opening in Swansea we are looking for an Employee Services Administrator. The role is to work as an administrator within Employee Services, this area is responsible for the maintenance of Employee Data Management and Payroll. We are looking for someone that has an eye for detail and enjoys being part of a team.

 

This is a fast paced environment and you will need to deal with a high number of customer requests, you will deal with sensitive personal information and also you will need to identify problems and come up with resolutions.

 

Primary Accountabilities and Deliverables:

 

  • Data input and amendments to records both on paper and electronically as necessary including filing, maintenance and input of data ensuring the integrity of documentation and information using SAP and Agresso
  • Dispatch documents via post and/or courier produced as a result of Shared Services arvato activities
  • Provide general administrative support (faxing, photocopying etc.)
  • Deal with telephone enquiries
  • Process service requests received from customers to agreed timescales and according to set process requirements
  • Undertake any necessary paperwork in an organised and efficient manner
  • Participate in system testing as required
  • Liaise regularly with Shared Services arvato colleagues as necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained regarding all data, adhering to security guidelines at all times
  • Pass complex problems on to the appropriate support area
  • Communicate problem status or resolution to the customer as required
  • Contribute to team-based culture and environment which strives for continuous improvement; and
  • Make constructive suggestions for processes and procedures that will deliver efficiencies and service enhancement.
