Exceeding customers’ expectations with every call we’ll look to you to resolve diverse queries via telephone and many other channels. You’ll build some great relationships and quickly develop expert product knowledge.


Ideally with experience of working in retail or contact centre, you will bring plenty of initiative and good IT skills - we’ll provide all the training you need.

Working hours:


·         40 hours per week: 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri + weekend days on a rotating basis.
