We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Arvato as an Apprentice, to build a career in business with a client base of the world’s most respected brands!

 

You will be expected to work on a rotation throughout the business. The areas covered as part of the rotation may include Finance, Accounts Payable, Employee Services/Payroll, Customer Contact and Support Services and ICT.

 

The rotation within Arvato will be aligned to the individual's career path.

Day to Day Duties:

 

  • Data input into our IT systems (SAP & Agresso)
  • Answer telephone/email queries providing updates or guidance to customers as required.
  • Process Service Requests from customers promptly to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues to ensure team tasks and Key Service Levels (KSL’s) targets are achieved.
  • Contribute to any ongoing Projects.
  • Liaise with Shared Services Arvato colleagues as necessary.
  • Adhere to security guideline at all times.

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

•             Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

•             Enthusiastic with a ‘’can do’’ attitude.

•             Ability to communicate effectively by using a wide range of media (verbally & written)

•             Motivated to achieve deadlines and complete assignments.

•             High accuracy skills and attention to detail.

•             Flexible and adaptable approach.

About the Programme

 

The Apprenticeship programme will be completed over a two year period during which candidates will be required to complete an NVQ qualification. This will involve completing assignments as instructed by the chosen training provider and attend regular meetings with an assessor. Apprentices will also be expected to attend Arvato Apprentice Development days and internal workshops, which will require some travel to other Arvato sites. 

 

Closing date will be 24th July 2019

Assessment and Interview 1st or 2nd August.
