We have an excellent opportunity available based from our head office in Slough for an experienced HR Administrator to support our Chief HR Officer. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who is motivated and eager to get involed with a fast paced global outsourcer.

 

Provide administrative support to the CHRO, including but not limited to:

 

  • Diary organisation
  • Meeting preparation
  • Travel & accommodation arrangements
  • Conference & Meeting Room appointment co-ordination
  • Management of inbound telephone calls and appropriate follow up
  • Greet and receive site visitors
  • Liaise with clients, customers and service providers as required
  • Business responses to varied emails/communications on the behalf of the CHRO

 

Preparation/Creation of Presentations

  • Assist in research and content collection for presentations
  • Liaise with various internal and external parties involved in the project
  • Make judgements about relevance of information, analyse, summarise and present findings to senior management
  • Assist in presentation creation
  • Provide support on delivery of presentation 
  • Where relevant, orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other information;
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records where require

 

Hr & L & D Support

  • Documentation preparation
  • Presentation development at advanced level
  • Logistics and site management for assessments and interviews
  • Support management of academic sessions for Future Leaders programme
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office & MS Project
  • Deep attention to detail capability with documentation and presentations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Skills in foreign languages are highly appreciated.
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database packages.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative with good organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure, handing a range of tasks at one time.
  • Very strong attention to detail on written documentation and analysis
  • Strong knowledge in business economics and a high affinity to IT
  • Cross-cultural experiences and sensitivity for cultural diversity
  • 2 years plus previous experience within the HR environment
