We have a fantastic opportunity in the Recruitment team in Slough, we are looking to recruit a High Volume Internal Recruiter to find contact centre talent for our global clients – You will be recruiting for various clients which include BMW, ZARA, Renault and many more.


You will be based in our HQ offices in Slough, the successful applicant with be a pro-active recruiter experienced in volume contact centre recruitment. You will need to be used to working in a high paced environment you’ll possess superior client management skills and be confident delivering an exceptional candidate experience, in high-demand recruitment environments.

Duties and Responsibilities are:


  • Briefing profiles with Line managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, telephone screening and arranging interviews.
  • Understanding the local markets, monitoring and reviewing of the internal processes and legislation.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting local community colleges, media, social media and other appropriate channels.
  • Lead in building a passive candidate pipeline.
  • Develop an extensive network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
  • Updates professional knowledge by participating in learning opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.




  • Previous experience in recruitment background or an understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Strong IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems at any one time, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, CRM Systems, Job Boards and Social sites like LinkedIn
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant employment law.
  • Co-ordinating and supporting the entire recruitment process lifecycle including vacancy approval, candidate management, pre-screen, interviews, online testing, assessment centres and verbal offers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have good rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Must be a team player with a willingness to help others, must be flexible, organised and have a calm approach to work.
  • Must have a professional manner, able to influence at all levels.
  • Knowledge of ATS/Recruitment Systems.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and being able to adapt to change.
