The Job
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Consultant to join our well established Renault campaign.
We handle all customer enquiries via phone, email and web assistance with Live Chat. The Customer Relations Consultant is the first point of contact for the customer and provides a personal beginning to end service. You will be responsible for ensuring that every contact with us is promptly received, professionally and knowledgeably handled. To ensure the customer's individual needs are effectively qualified and fulfilled and ownership of the enquiry is taken.

What you'll need
The success of everyone at arvato is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need to show us that you know how to deliver exceptional customer service - asking the right questions in order to find the right solution. Your outstanding interpersonal skills should be backed by a broad knowledge of our client's products and services. 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
·     Effectively manage customer contact through a variety of channels, including but not limited to telephone calls, emails, web chat, video calling
·     Enthusing customers about products and services
·     Take personal ownership and responsibility for enquiries and obtain resolution that adds value to the customer and ensuring they are completely satisfied.
·     Use quality conversation to build rapport and long-term relationships.
·     Effectively handle complaints with empathy where required in order to collect customer information for warm transfer to the back office for resolution.
·     Identify and maximise sales opportunities.
·     Any other duties or responsibilities within the general ambit of this role as reasonably requested by management.
Key Experience and Skills:
·     Must have superb communication skills, both verbally and written.
·     Empathy and an inquisitive and investigative nature to ensure you are able to determine the true nature and extent of the customer enquiry.
·     Well-developed listening skills
·     Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
·     Be able to work in a target driven team
·     Keen interest in the Automotive industry (but not essential)
·     Flexible, positive and enthusiastic.

Monday - Thursday - Shifts from 08:30 - 21:00
Friday - 08:30 - 18:00
