£18,770 to £20,860 pa (DOE) + Pension + Benefits Package

If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service we want to hear from you. As a Customer Service Representative working for our global client BMW we’ll look to you to resolve diverse queries via telephone and many other channels – going the extra mile for customers as you understand their needs and rapidly resolve any issues. If you have an engaging manner, are a great team player and willing to learn, we’ll provide all the training you need. If you’re flexible and can commit to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri + weekend days on a rotating basis, that’s great.

Working hours:
