The ultimate driving machine now comes with the ultimate customer experience. arvato is extremely excited to be working with BMW Group UK to launch a state-of-the-art Customer Interaction Centre. Based at BMW’s headquarters in Farnborough, you will be responsible for resolving any customer issues – doing whatever it takes to cement their loyalty and build the brand.

Your challenge:

Dealing with a broad spectrum of issues, you will go above and beyond customers’ expectations as you conduct in-depth investigations and communicate your findings via telephone, email and social media. This will involve extensive interaction with colleagues and retailers as you progress your caseload and build ongoing relationships, and you will quickly assemble expert knowledge of BMW products and services to have the right answers on hand. In short, you will be a BMW brand ambassador and ensure that customers enjoy a true BMW experience in even the most challenging circumstances.

Your background:

Experienced in customer service across multiple channels, you will be skilled in managing disputes, negotiating resolutions and defusing conflict. At the same time, you should be capable of prioritising diverse activities against strict deadlines, happy to work outside normal office hours to achieve results, and adept at determining customers’ needs to identify the best outcomes.
