Position Summary:

Passionate, energetic and hard-working sales and customer experience thought leader who drives Sales and Retention across the globe. Provides insight to contact center teams on acquiring and retaining business customers. Key to building inbound and outbound sales expertise across all our services (pre-sales, cloud services, on-premise software support). Delivers new services and develops online sales strategy and processes for products offered through click-to-chat, email, and phone

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales analytics, pipeline and trend analysis to achieve sales targets
  • Proactively identify solutions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction across inbound and outbound customer contact channels
  • Grow inbound sales for SMB customers and our client partners (Click-to-Chat, Click-to-Call, Phone, Email) in all major European languages for client products.
  • Develop sales management processes and initiatives to build internal sales competencies
  • Work with our Client to create the optimal operating model to meet sales & retention goals
  • Drive outbound programs & campaigns at different stages of customer lifecycle to increase upsell revenue, retention and loyalty
  • Ensure the right analytics and business insights are available to drive sales & usage

Job Requirements:

  • Energy, Passion, Curiosity, Ambition and Drive
  • Five years + customer services, campaign marketing and/or sales experience
  • Proven ability to use analytics to improve sales processes
  • Delivery of inbound or outbound sales to business customers through chat or phone
  • Business Insights – analyses data and opportunity pipeline to increase sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to tell a story with data and metrics
  • Passionate about sales, technology and leading change
  • Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and deal with ambiguity
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or IT preferable
  • Effective collaborator and influencer across geographies and functions
  • Customer focus and advocate
  • Program and Project management skills and experience
