Position Summary:

The Branding, Communications and Sourcing specialist is accountable for internal and external communications for Arvato Corporate. Candidate sourcing, creating community and social media presence and brand, event planning, and communication in alignment with Arvato branding and communication guidelines, are principle job functions. This position is expected to represent Arvato favorably in the community and is the caretaker of the Arvato brand.  Ideal candidate is expected to be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures of communications and branding and relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals relating to establishing internal and external communication framework and leading and executing on internal and external communication and branding plan. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Work is performed within defined areas of regulations and procedures, and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors.  Discretion is required.


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Over-all accountability for internal and external communications for arvato Philippines
  • Develops community contacts and recruitment sourcing verticals to ensure continuous and steady flow of candidates to meet operational openings.
  • Create and develop corporate programs to enable corporate discounts to employees on products and services such as restaurants, gymnasiums, beauty products etc.
  • Maintains strong presence in the community with face to face contact with community leaders, business owners and arvato partners. 
  • Establishes and maintains contact with internal customers, Recruiting/Operations/Business Unit Owners to ensure hiring needs and concerns are addressed
  • Sources candidates with aptitude, longevity and retention in mind
  • Functions as caretaker of brand and reputation of Arvato as employer of choice in marketplace
  • Attends job fairs, events and community functions for candidate generation, exposure and public relations
  • Ambassador to the community, creating value proposition finding, defining and selling the value added benefit of working for arvato.
  • Develops innovative solutions and implements same.
  • Prepares daily time and activity reports to track efforts and results.
  • Creates, maintains and updates contact file with complete and accurate information for immediate access and response. 
  • Ensures that Arvato employees are fully aware of events in the Arvato global organization by using multiple communication tools and channels including but not limited to e-mails, posters, town-halls, management meetings, video conference events, CSR events etc.
  • Build and enable internal Arvato Employee Communities.
  • Supports internal customers by providing consulting support for their communications needs
  • Works with various external communication channels including but not limited to newspapers, business magazines, online media, social media, business forums etc. to communicate specific arvato messages to the relevant audience
  • Coordinates with Arvato's global communication teams to ensure alignment to, and proper execution of, the Arvato branding guidelines
  • Solidify Arvato brand in the Philippines market
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for flawless execution of project plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships within the organization and third party vendors
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with external media organizations.
  • Work with relevant agencies for the development of creatives and other branding materials as needed

    Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading external branding and sourcing for a comparable sized Philippines based global organization. An overall experience of 7+ years in the field of communication and branding is desirable
  • Background or experience in digital marketing (online, social networking, SEO, SMS, email, etc.)
  • Experience working with Philippines based media houses, publications and agencies required. A good network of Philippines based media personnel, desirable
  • Highly creative and outstanding planning and organizing skills
  • Business writing and copy-editing skills required
  • Experience working with Senior Level stake holders
  • Exposure to journalism is an added advantage
  • Media Arts, Media Communications, Advertising degree or its equivalent is preferred.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment: 


  • Based in Eastwood, but must be willing to travel to different Arvato sites, as necessary.
  • Flexible and adaptable, working on different time schedules as necessary

  • Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines and federal and state requirements.
