The Human Resources Coordinator role is a highly visible role within the organization that serves as a vital source of human resources information for employees regarding programs, policies and procedures. In this role, you will participate in the development and lead the administration of core HR activities and programs related to training & development, recruiting, immigration, compensation and benefits, performance management and various core operational activities.


 Recruiting/ On and off boarding

  • Facilitate the full-cycle hiring process: including recruitment (passive and active), interview coordination, tracking of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System, offers and associated communication.
  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding processes including conducting employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate teams.
  • Complete I-9 verification for all office locations.
  • Facilitate all off-boarding processes. Execute all employee termination procedures including communication and information to employees and ensuring all termination and access processes are complete.



  • Administer all aspects of the organization’s immigration program, including managing the processing of appropriate non-immigrant visas and green card applications through outside immigration counsel.
  • Maintain records of employee status and proactively initiate appropriate action.


Payroll and Month-end reporting

  • Facilitate payroll processes; ensure timely and accurate information is provided to external payroll team.
  • Serve and liaison between Accounting and payroll team for monthly and quarterly reporting and accrual topics.
  • Administer mid and year-end bonus payout processes


Records keeping

  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential. Prepares new-employee files. Maintain company organization charts.
  • Conduct verification of employment as requested


Team communication

  • Own HR mailbox and assign tasks to team members as needed.
  • Basic system administration for HRIS (password reset, account unlocking, login troubleshooting)



  • 2+ years of experience within the HR function including admin and coordinator experience
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Suite
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS databases
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written across multiple levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking
  • Analytical and research ability; ability to critically evaluate options when problem solving
  • Attention to detail
