We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented customer service specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in supporting a world-renound car manufacturer.

 

Your Role

  • Resolving inbound client queries on a variety of of topics ranging from guarantees, workshop visits, and multimedia support.
  • Maintaining an excellent service level as an ambassador for us and our international clients.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

 

Your Profile

  • Native Danish and fluent English (B2) speaker
  • Basic IT skills, touch-typing would be a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not necessary
  • Flexibility, motivation, and good team spirit
