Position Summary:

Responsible for providing industry-leading customer service while meeting the quality and schedule expectations of the company’s customers. Assists in the development, implementation and support of operational policies and procedures that facilitate the attainment of departmental and organizational goals.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Shall at all times balance existing support process guidelines with the needs of the Customer and engage with management and support staff as appropriate to ensure an exceptional Customer support experience with every Customer engagement
  • Protect customer PII data
  • Drive customer issue resolution
  • Ongoing development of technical and support skills
  • Provide feedback to help improve process, policies, tools, etc.
  • Nurturing high-end clientele and be contact person for status of application and orders, billing issues, customer profiles, program and campaign information
  • Answers chat/email/voice inquiries posed by customer (based on business requirement)
  • Assists customers in enrollment process including but not limited to in depth information on program benefits, terms and conditions, application options, as well as technical support on tools, and resolving any open issues with the customer
  • Provides appropriate feedback and settlement to all customer contacts (including referrals to other organizations)
  • Processes application materials and other assigned tasks and makes compliance decisions in accordance with program requirements and Client guidelines
  • Processes and investigates returns
  • Updates and maintains Contact Management System Software
  • Contacts customers for survey and follow up purposes
  • Captures and documents customer complaints
  • Keeps abreast of program changes and informational updates
  • Works with Client and Vendor owned tools and websites and other back-end programs / tools.
  • Complies with company set procedures
  • Supports account’s specific programs
  • Assists in developing and streamlining procedures
  • Take in customer credit card information and Personal Identifiable Information with the responsibilities of protecting the data as defined in the client security requirement, company information security policies.

 

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • At least 6 months of work experience in any field/industry
  • Prior BPO experience is desirable but NOT mandatory
  • Ability to speak clearly and engage in conversational English
  • Graduates of any 2-year or 4-year course and/or college undergrads (at least 1 year) with no work experience are welcome to apply
