Director, Partnerships

 

 

SpotX is looking for a talented individual to join the Demand Facilitation team in a National Director capacity. Working from our NYC office in the Flatiron District, you as the leader in this role will be responsible for building our national pricing strategy and growing large publisher relations for PMP deals in a variety of fashions, including, but not limited to, strategy development, rate card buildout and yield management.

 

The Director, Partnerships will be will have strong adtech experience on both the supply and demand sides, strong communication skills, and is a quick study who takes initiative, recommends solutions and will work hard in a fast-paced environment. You will interact daily with most departments within our global organization including headquarters in Colorado.

 

Making an Immediate Impact:

Manage pricing with platform customers on behalf of the Demand Facilitation team

Effectively communicate market feedback to the Media Planning, Demand Facilitation and Platform Services teams within SpotX

Formulate and communicate overarching yield analysis and strategies with Supply Operations

Attend and contribute relevant pricing and yield data during agency and publisher meetings with Demand Facilitation and Platform Services

Articulate Brand, Agency, and DSP feedback to publishers

1-to-1 deal evaluation between publishers and buyers

Deliver Demand Facilitation value proposition to Platform Customers

Create and develop a strategy for rate card buildout and enabling ease with large deal negotiations

Participate in & lead key client negotiations with Large Publishers as well as AGencies and Brands

Provide consultative, strategic support and feedback to Executive and Sales Leadership teams

Act as solution-oriented internal change agent that asks questions, seeks to understand, and strives to help SpotX improve its relations

Foster a collaborative environment to encourage respectful exchange of ideas. I.E work collaboratively with leadership to further hone and develop processes, best practices and new approaches for the demand facilitation department

 

Needed SpotX’er talents:

Minimum 7 years of digital media experience, specifically with publishers, buyers, and ad technology in the digital video adtech ecosystem

Strong sales, negotiations and presentation skills

Must have a strong ability to present and effectively engage in detailed conversations with clients

Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high growth, and technical environment

Desire to travel as needed
