Director Brand Partnerships Europe (f/m/d)

SpotX Europe is on the grow and adding a Director Brand Partnerships to our Central Team, primarily to work with top brands in Europe. The role involves working closely with the internal teams to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers at brands. A successful candidate will understand the nuances of programmatic video and over the top (OTT), the challenges that brands face in their online advertising strategy and how to navigate the programmatic and media teams of Fortune 1000 advertisers to get in front of the appropriate decision makers.


Making an immediate impact:

  • Create and implement sales strategy & pipeline for Europe with a focus on large brands.
  • Establish strong relationships with brands for thought leadership and enterprise deals.
  • Determine client needs and ensure proper execution for private market buying and custom services.
  • Work with our local and global teams to build great support for the brands you work with
  • Continuously grow pipeline and brand activations in order to exceed goals.
  • Be the leading expert and thought leader on in-housing and hybrid models
  • Frequent face to face interaction with decision makers at potential and active customers Europe is expected.


Needed SpotX’er talents:

  • This is an individual contributor role requiring strong brand direct connections and a consultative approach.
  • 7-12 years media sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships at the brand level.
  • Excellent presentation skills with great industry and programmatic knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple internal teams.
  • High level of integrity and honesty along with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record on exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross department teamwork.
  • Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
