As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Debt Collection Team Lead to join our forward-thinking team and drive operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Goal Setting: Translate Riverty’s business strategy into specific, understandable, and achievable goals for the debt collection team.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and allocate operational tasks within the team.
  • Inspiration and Motivation: Inspire the team and employees by fostering a culture of continuous development, goal orientation, and employee satisfaction.
  • Recruitment: Recruit new employees when needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a crucial link between team members and other management functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure operational tasks adhere to high quality standards, implementing and monitoring quality control procedures as needed.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement best practices that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and promote the digitalization of human-to-human touchpoints.
  • Performance Management: Proactively manage team and individual performance, setting clear performance objectives, and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively address challenges and resolve issues arising in daily operations.
  • Team Engagement: Proactively engage and retain team members, identifying training needs and facilitating professional development supported by HR.

  • Experience in performance management and employee development.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
