Role Overview:

As the Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, profitable, and competitive operation of our Debt Collection Processes. Your success will drive our company's revenue and profitability. You will collaborate closely with your local colleagues in Turku, as well as with international cross-functional teams, to tackle complex challenges and drive impactful change in a dynamic environment. Together, we will enhance our operative processes and elevate the customer experience.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure seamless integration of all processes, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of our current product and customer operations processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to develop sustainable solutions that boost productivity and effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional product teams to enhance the customer experience, leveraging the collective expertise of your coworkers.
  • Evaluate overall performance through operational KPIs and implement action plans based on your findings.
  • Provide analytical support across various process strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented individual with a passion for improving ways of working. Required Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge and 5+ years of experience within the Debt Collection process in Finland.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive “let’s do this” attitude.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, taking ownership and initiative.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, able to view challenges from new perspectives.
  • Project management experience preferably in an international environment.
  • Academic background in a relevant area or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
