Senior People Analytics Expert (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our locations in Amsterdam, Baden-Baden, Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, Heerenveen, Oslo, Stockholm, Tallinn, Varberg or Verl – flexible working conditions available
Shape the future of People Analytics at Riverty. In this role, you will help transform workforce data into meaningful business insights, enabling HR and business leaders to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and adoption of People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence across Riverty.
- Translate business and HR challenges into actionable insights, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Own and continuously improve people data products and lead the rollout of self-service and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
- Deliver analyses across the entire employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruiting, learning, engagement, retention, compensation, skills, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with HR, business leaders, HR Operations, and HR Systems to enable data-driven decision-making and support senior leadership discussions with workforce insights & recommendations
- Drive data quality, reporting governance standards, and KPI harmonization while acting as a trusted advisor on People Analytics and AI-powered insights.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification through professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable analytical role. Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and people data across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems, ideally SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, as well as analytics platforms such as Visier, Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions.
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling insights, recommendations, and business value with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive/advanced analytics would be a plus
- Fluent English skills are required; German is a plus.
- Understanding of AI-enabled analytics and a passion for applying emerging technologies responsibly.
