Senior Learning & Development Expert (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin – flexible working conditions available
Join our team in Berlin or Verl and help shape the future of learning at Riverty. In this role, you will drive strategic learning initiatives, foster a strong learning culture, and enable employees to continuously develop their skills in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the Learning@Riverty strategy by designing and delivering strategic learning initiatives, learning offerings, modern learning formats, AI-enabled learning journeys, and learning culture initiatives.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate learning needs into impactful and target-group-specific learning solutions.
- Support the development of a skills management approach to increase transparency of current and future skill requirements and enable skill-based learning and development.
- Own and continuously enhance the learning ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, external learning platforms, content providers, quality assurance, and vendor management.
- Advance learning analytics, reporting, and dashboards to measure impact, derive actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making while driving communication and storytelling around Learning & Development.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Learning, or a related area, ideally within an international organization.
- Proven experience designing and managing learning architectures, learning programs, learning journeys, and skills-based development approaches.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, digital learning platforms (e.g., Skillsoft), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, iSpring), and learning analytics including dashboards and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and methodologies, ideally in an L&D environment, combined with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
