Job Description


We are looking for a 

Finance Process Manager (m/f/d) 

(permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Münster, Varberg or Verl - flexible working conditions available 

  

Your tasks: 

  • As part of a team of eight within Operational Finance, you Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams within BU Pay & Credit to implement process changes. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for new products within Operational Finance CBS, ensuring the correct design and implementation of finance processes across all countries. 
  • Support and contribute to efficient General Ledger (GL) processes.
  • Take ownership of the GL setup as a Subject Matter Expert, driving product innovations and continuous improvements. 
  • Design and model digital accounting and booking processes and translate them into clear system requirements. 
  • Act as the key interface for operational and financial topics between Operational Finance, IT, platform teams, and other relevant stakeholders. 

 


Qualifications


Your Profil:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business mathematics, business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience 
  • You have practical experience in financial management 
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills 
  • You combine a keen interest in IT with strong Microsoft 365 skills 
  • You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken English
