Job Description

We are looking for an Identity Governance & Integration Expert (Entra ID & Omada) (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) . Join our team at our location in Germany (Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl) or Estonia (Tallinn) - flexible working conditions available

Backgrounds outside traditional IT are welcome. This role is particularly well-suited for professionals with experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance who have already gained initial hands-on exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA) and are looking to deepen their technical expertise.

Your understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001) and control design will be highly valuable when translating compliance requirements into scalable identity governance solutions. This role bridges the gap between compliance and technology, giving you the opportunity to actively implement the controls you previously assessed.

What will be your challenge:

  • Build on your existing strengths and expand your expertise with support from experienced professionals, whether your background is in IT, audit, risk, or compliance.
  • Design and implement integration patterns between Microsoft Entra ID and Omada Identity, including provisioning flows, identity lifecycle processes, and access governance controls.
  • Contribute to establishing Entra ID as the primary identity provider (IdP) while leveraging the Omada IGA platform for governance controls such as access requests, certifications, and SoD enforcement.
  • Configure and support Omada Identity components such as workflows, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the integration of IGA solutions across platforms.
  • Contribute to the alignment, development, and continuous improvement of Riverty’ s IGA framework, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and evolving business needs.
  • Continuously develop your expertise in identity governance, regulatory standards, and risk mitigation while staying current on emerging IGA trends and contributing to the consistent improvement of existing processes and integrations.

Qualifications

What will help you to succeed in the role:

  • Structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand and model access control and identity processes.
  • Ability to work independently, drive topics forward while seeking and incorporating guidance when needed.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and governance
  • Open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
  • Exposure to Omada Identity or comparable IGA tools (e.g. SailPoint, One Identity) is beneficial
  • Experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance roles, especially with exposure to regulatory frameworks such as DORA, GDPR, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
  • Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (e.g. for workshops, events, or stakeholder alignment)
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with business, IT, and security stakeholders. Fluency in English and German would be a plus.

You will be a good fit for the role when you enjoy the challenges and opportunities in our ever-changing business landscape, where routine tasks are balanced with exciting projects involving AI solutions, making the day-to-day work engaging and dynamic.
