We are looking for a

Global Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Join our dynamic team as a global process excellence manager and drive process improvements for our most strategic merchants. 

What will be your challenge in the role:

• You manage the process delivery for our most strategic international clients across several countries.
• You increase efficiency by optimizing existing processes and delivering new globally harmonized processes along our clients' full value chains.
• You act as a key internal business stakeholder and one of the main decision-takers.
• You take responsibility for the alignment, prioritization and delivery of required change requests with our product and technical teams.
• You support during global incidents with the key stakeholders, define containment actions and prevent recurrences.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• You have several years of process management and/or project management experience in an international environment.
• You have extensive process knowledge and understanding, along with exceptional analytical skills.
• You navigate safely in a matrix organization and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• You rely on your robust data analytical skills for decision-making.
• You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
