(Senior) Experience & Content Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time and permanent for our location in Verl or Baden-Baden / up to 80% mobile office

 

This is your role:

The quality of our self-service portals and the smooth cooperation with our customers are extremely important to us. In order to meet these demands, you will make a significant contribution as an Experience & Content Manager embedded in the Content Team. In this role, you are the expert for innovative storytelling and responsible for the creation and quality assurance of the content for our international consumer and white-label portals.

  • You drive the development and strategy of our consumer self-service portal content in collaboration with our product managers & consumer communication team
  • You create and optimise engaging content that satisfies our consumer’s needs along the customer journey (e.g. main landing page content, FAQs, paypage)
  • You are responsible for uploading, updating and maintaining the international content using our content management system
  • You will create international content processes and workflows and further develop and optimise them
  • You project manage portal content, translations and localisations
  • You continuously measure and improve content quality, and ensure continuous refinement of the content strategy
  • You check all content for brand identity guidelines and consistency in tonality
  • You perform competitor analysis and market research, stay on top of industry trends, and identify content gaps and opportunities
  • You collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as developers, UX/UI designers or product managers for clarifying client requirements, content assets and specific consumer needs
  • You have a data-driven approach: you define and use common digital media KPIs to evaluate the user journey in real time and use this to optimise our experience

 

What you bring with you on your journey:

  • You have a degree in the field of linguistics, content marketing, media and/or communication sciences, journalism, or equivalent educational background
  • You have several years of experience in content, copywriting and online editing
  • You have the ability to navigate comfortably between different writing styles that appeal to various target audiences
  • You preferably have experience in the financial industry as well as in SEO
  • You are experienced in working with content management systems, editors and page builders and you know what distinguishes a good text from one that needs improvement
  • You are a highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines
  • You enjoy working in a cross-functional international team guided by agile processes
  • Your oral and written German & English skills are at proficiency level. Creating content on both languages will be part of your daily tasks
