We are looking for an 

Account Manager

Mobile office / Amsterdam or Heerenveen

Your responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for the expansion and support of existing customers throughout the Netherlands
• You can explain our product portfolio to customers and creatively solve customer requirements through the use of our products
• You are informed about industry trends and adapt these to the customer relationship
• You constantly analyse the daily business processes and ensure their sustainable optimisation
• You communicate regularly with your contact persons and always act reliably
• You are keen to be on site with your customers often.

Your most important skills for us are:

• A degree in business administration or a degree in the field of IT
• 2+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer success in the payments industry
• Your strengths include a high level of customer and service orientation as well as negotiating skills and a good understanding of business administration
• You are a communicative personality with persuasive and solution-oriented negotiation and sales skills
• You have an independent and structured way of working with a pronounced understanding of figures
• You have very good written and spoken Dutch and English skills.
