Merchant Support Specialist (German)

We are looking for a
Merchant Support Specialist (German market) (m/f/d)
At our location in Amsterdam or Heerenveen / partly from home

Your main challenges

• You are the first point of contact for our German merchants, i.e. the webshops that offer or want to offer BNPL; you are also an important point of contact for all our (International) colleagues
• You answer all operational, commercial, technical and financial questions from our merchants or refer them to the appropriate internal team
• You assist with the onboarding of new webshops, including answering questions from internal and external contacts
• You identify and implement process improvements so that the service to our merchants is continuously improved. 

 What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English, Dutch is a plus but not required
• Proactive and positive attitude; you take pride in and ownership of your work
• Able to work in a team or on your own initiative, able to motivate yourself while working from home
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of processes
• Accustomed to working in a customer-focused organisation and solution-oriented
• Good understanding of e-commerce/payments and experience in the industry is a plus 
• Quick thinker and the ability to work across all areas of our business
