Sales Team project:

  • Reviewing contractual data to assess for discrepancies in Salesforce
  • Coordinating follow-up calls with migrations clients for Account Managers
  • Learn quoting and sales strategies for existing clients
  • Other duties as assigned


 Legal/Facilities Admin project:

  • Maintaining contract files, organizing incoming client and vendor contracts, capturing and recording key data from contracts, and efficiently processing contracts queue on daily basis
  • Driving the scanning and data capture of legacy contracts
  • Front desk coverage including:
    • Guest/visitor management
    • Answering phones
    • Assisting with postal service mailings and deliveries
    • Assisting with catering/employee meal deliveries
    • Answering general questions from employees
  • Assisting with planning and management of companywide employee engagement events
  • Assisting with cleaning and stocking of main employee café area/patio
  • Other duties as assigned


Marketing team project:

  • Coordinate product and engineering bi-weekly meeting and follow up activities
  • QAing existing web properties
  • Excel based analysis of data
  • Helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns including email and digital
  • Produce various materials including landing pages, UI library components, wireframes, AB tests, etc.
  • Integrate code, technology, art, and copy, and ensure standards are upheld
  • Other duties as assigned


Product team project:

  • Helping to write user requirements for future projects
  • Building and maintaining documentation
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, taking notes, and executing appropriate follow up actions
  • Helping maintain cross-team alignment
  • Other duties as assigned



  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambition and a personal desire to succeed
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus (for Sales Project)
