 The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand for Relias’ Post-Acute Care B2B SaaS solutions, ultimately to meet or exceed pipeline and bookings goals for the Enterprise division.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the post-acute care industry, multiple Relias SaaS products, and customer buyer journeys
  • Leading efforts to grow Relias’ share of the Post-Acute Care Enterprise market in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
  • Creating, executing, and maintaining annual multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing, encompassing but not limited to paid search and display, social, nurture streams, tradeshows and more
  • Supporting and equipping Enterprise Sales to engage identified key accounts, distribute custom content that reaches the account’s buyers and influencers, and follow-up with relevant discovery and demo sessions
  • Building cross-functional cohesion by working closely with departments, including Product Management, Sales, Alliances, Client Care, and other internal teams at all levels of the organization
  • Analyzing, leveraging, and acting on campaign performance to shape overall marketing strategy, identify lead generation sources, and improve lead conversion
  • Taking ownership and initiative to support the marketing team and company through a proactive and positive attitude
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 4+ years in demand generation marketing, including an extensive working understanding of digital marketing tactics (paid and organic social, paid search and display, retargeting, programmatic), campaign strategy, and campaign execution
  • Ability to forecast lead acquisition, CPL, and overall results for planned marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in content strategy supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
  • Strong, proven organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills required
  • Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity
  • Curious, life-long learner with the ability to quickly digest new information and ask clarifying questions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred
