The Senior Business Development Rep will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities, scheduling appointments, conducting product demos, assist in pricing and negotiation, and assist in finalzing business related to our relias solutions which include Wound Care (WCEI & WOCNEP), CNA Training, Therapy, and Learning Solutions in support of the revenue sales organization.  By working in an assigned territory with sales partners, you will engage with existing clients, bringing in new clients through aggressive prospecting and marketing leads, and attending industry events, the Senior Business Development rep will drive to exceed their KPI targets, annual assigned quota, and develop/enhance long lasting client relationships.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • Establishing and growing partnerships with your sales teammates in your territory
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities within an assigned territory with strategic targeted client lists in conjunction with your sales teammates, and independently through outbound call efforts and digital communications
  • Data integrity duties in Salesforce
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Generating demand by staying up to date on industry trends, reviewing organizations, outbound prospecting, and qualifying leads (gathering information on potential clients and existing customers)
  • Having productive and meaningful collaborations with individuals within targeted organizations selling our value prop
  • Setting up exec meetings / demos between prospective and existing clients and sales partners
  • Demoing all our solutions, specifically wound care, CNA, and therapy solutions
  • Being, or becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Wound Care ROI Tool and demonstrating and utilizing that tool effectively with clients and prospects
  • Staying up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Staying engaged with Client Success Managers and responding to Client Success Qualified Leads
  • Recording all activities in Salesforce with detailed documentation
  • Working with Educations Services and Implementation Teams to ensure a smooth handoff of activities after sale
  • Liaisoning between all internal teams and our clients
  • Having an entrepreneurial spirit regarding our business and team
  • Occasionally traveling to industry events, tradeshows, and our corporate office
  • Achieving activity KPI’s, exec meeting / demo targets, and pipeline creation targets each month
  • Achieving and exceeding annual closed won booking targets
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Business Development

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years business development/sales experience with a documented track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of Wound Care, CNA, Therapy solutions 
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation skills in a virtual environment
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new leads
  • Ambition to perform in a fast-paced, sales-orientated environment 
  • Customer centric focus
  • Experience with WebEx, Microsoft Teams (video conferencing) for client meetings
  • Active listening skills assess prospect/client needs and opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other related tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Health (preferred)
  • Travel up to 25%
