WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Helping the team continuously improve effectiveness and efficiencies, using various team-based KPIs
  • Ensuring Agile principles are adhered to - must be able to be voice of authority while still encouraging team to be self-organizing and innovative
  • Bring project transparency to the business and development team
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos
  • Removing roadblocks and escalating risks
  • Removing impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
  • Helping the Product Owner arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
  • Acting as a champion of Agile methodologies for the team and within the organization

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related software field
  • ScrumMaster certification - strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills
  • Experience of software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • The ability to be a self-starter that can self-manage their daily workload
