The Enterprise Sales Executive role is an individual contributor, B2B outside sales position that proactively manages a multi-state geographic sales territory calling on health plan, state DHHS agencies and behavioral health provider systems--senior level decision makers, typically Chief Clinical or Medical Officer, Quality Director, Provider Network Manager, Population Health Director, CIO, CEO.    The Sales Executive must establish and cultivate relationships with new potential clients in the region through active lead generation activities including account based marketing approaches, event attendance, phone call and email outreach and local “on the ground” relationship building. This position will manage multi-state territory cross the country.


  • Independently managing time, territory and travel in a way that maximizes the number of sales contacts across office based, direct in-person and event interactions.
  • Consistently using Relias’ CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Prospecting for new clients building a funnel of 100 leads.
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of our solution.
  • Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations over the Internet.
  • Promoting a positive image for the Company by participating in tradeshows, professional organizations and community functions.
  • Closing Deals Tied to a Million + Quota Expectation. 
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • A proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in enterprise, consultative sales within the last 3 years.
  • Expertise with technology (, Power Point, Excel forms and formulas, WebEx,  web-based software applications, etc.)
  • Strong writing skills—ability to customize sales kit/tools as needed on the desk top.
  • High level of organization, time management, self- initiative and experience managing a multi-state outside sales territory from a home office
  • Highly developed presentation and stand-up facilitation skills
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare, preferably experience in healthcare environment and sales, Behavioral Health expertise of interest.
  • Proven experience calling on top-level executives in a healthcare setting (CMO, CIO, Clinical Director, QI Director, Provider Manager, CEO)
  • Strong knowledge of hosted software applications (SaaS model) and how business systems integrate.  Must have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to conduct independent market research on the internet.



  • 5 -7 years of outside sales experience in a B2B consultative sales role, selling into senior leadership in healthcare markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field



  • MBA or advanced healthcare credential a plus
  • Experience with consultative enterprise sales
